Eat CPH | Musling

Musling directly translates to “clam” or “mussel”, but in Danish musling is also a very cute, diminutive word – something you might call your girlfriend. Musling is a sister restaurant to Kødbyens Fiskebar, but where Fiskebaren is situated in the rough settings of the old meatpacking district in CPH West, Musling is placed right in the center of Copenhagen (City), close to Nørreport Station and right next to the popular Market Halls (Torvehallerne).

The cuisine is focused on shellfish, fish and vegetables, and former Ensemble chef Morten Schou serves really delicate, tasty and innovative dishes. Of course, you can have excellent oysters and mussels too. Nice decor (featured in Wallpaper Magazine) and very friendly staff. I really like this place.
