Yes, Thomas Herman has left the Nimb. As far as I know he would like to open a new restaurant (in CPH) but there is nothing concrete information on table so far.

I'm so sorry for my late response, but I'm just returned from a trip to Japan. The three places you mention are good candidates, I would go for Kødbyens Fiskebar or Aamanns on Saturday and Manfreds on Sunday, as not many restaurants are open on Sunday. I would go to Nimb Brasserie for brunch.
Nimbe Louise was restaurant Herman until March this year. But after the head chef Thomas Herman left and Allan Poulsen took over the restaurant changed the name to Nimb Louise.
Let me know if you need any more help and I wish you have a great time here.

Hi Julie<br

We want to Nordic, Danish or special local food. We will have one dinner in Nimb Louise. So we don't want to do another very fancy dinner. For Saturday dinner, Sunday brunch and Sunday dinner, would you recommend any of the following restaurants? Which one is good for lunch or for dinner? We don't want to have a very long brunch on Sunday, since we still want to do some sight-seeing.

We love food and culture. We booked the new Nimb Louise for Friday night. We can't find any reviews of this new place yet. So we thought we will give it a try since the chef has a good reputation. We need recommendation for Saturday night dinner and Sunday brunch and dinner. We would like to try a difference experience from Nimb Louise. A place with great food, but less fancy sitting. What would you recommend for Saturday and Sunday dinner? How about Sunday brunch - a lovely place with nice local Danish food? Thanks. Two things on my culinary bucket list...dine at Noma and be invited to Cook It Raw (Perhaps the first thing is more likely than the second). Thank you for your sweet words! :-)
You are right, many restaurants have closed around those days. Herman has just got a new chef de cuisine, Allan Poulsen, and the restaurant has therefore changed name to Nimb Louise ("Herman" was the surname of the former chef). I haven't been to Nimb Louise yet, but went to Henne Kirkeby Kro when Allan was head chef and had a fantastic dinner http://verygoodfood.dk/tag/henne-kirkeby-kro/. So Nimb Louise should be worth it for sure.
For Kong Hans Kælder note that the chef de cuisine Thomas Rhode Andersen is pursuing the paleo style food now and is less classic French-oriented compared to what it was before (I haven't tried it). I love both Kiin Kiin and Søllerød Kro but they are closed those days. Too bad because Søllerød would be a place you could bring your kids for lunch. Here is what I would do:
Sunday: Kong Hans Kælder
Monday: Nimb Louise
Tuesday: Kødbyens Fiskebar
Wednesday: Geranium
Lunch with kids:
Kofoed http://verygoodfood.dk/tag/koefoed/
Manfreds & Vin (not Monday) http://manfreds.dk/
Nimb Brasserie http://www.tivoli.dk/composite-8834.htm
Kanalen (not Sunday) http://www.restaurant-kanalen.dk/
Lumskebugten (not Sunday) http://www.lumskebugten.dk/I wish you a great time here and do let me know if there's more info you need.Best from

Thanks very much for your contributions here. I actually agree with what Ferran Adria has said about Rene. I felt positive that noma would be #1 again because I think it has a strong effect to become number one. Then more people wants to visit and luckily for CPH/Denmark been amazed.
That said, I'm not sure noma will be at the top next year. Of course I hope so, but since the rules changed so that you can only wote for three restaurants outside you region perhaps the jurors will put their votes differently. Also one visit can provide opportunity to vote twice in a row, but not three times.
As to Agape Substance, I'd put my money on it entering least the 100 best. :-)

Hey Fergus<br

OK so I was wrong about Number 1 moving back to Spain, but it will happen sooner rather than later, Congrats of course to Noma - As for David Toutain from Agape Substance making it into the Top 100 I was wrong about that too, he has only been open for 8 months - watch this space/place. Le Chateaubriand still in the Top 20 what a joke, I would rather Jamie Oliver take the place, maybe Inaki would to ;-) after watching the live streaming on Monday night!
Babot & Passard stay where they should. I am happy to have reserved a table at number 34 before 30th April 2 weeks ago when it was number 71! (July will be my first time to Sweden & the farthermost north I have been!) As for the Brits - Dinner I don't understand but they have done alright in the Top 100 which is what I think the list should be called ;-)
Best regards

Her er det rå rejer med søpindsvin som sne (frossen og pulveragtigt).@Thorsten :-)@James - I have never been to Dinner but agree with you that it looks very surprising and weird that this restaurant ends up in top 10. Seems like it has (almost) swapped place with St. Johns ;-) - Which I love by the way but don't consider 50 best worthy though.

@Angelika – me too <img

I'm happy to help! :-)
For Friday I would think the Fiskebar is a perfect choice as you can hang out there after the dinner. They are open till 3am I believe. And if you want to go somewhere else there are plenty of bars in the meatpacking district and that very lively part of Versterbro.
For Wednesday night I'd recommend Relæ http://verygoodfood.dk/2011/02/19/rel%C3%A6-in-summer/ or Manfreds & Vin http://manfreds.dk/
Let me know if you need more info. Wish you a great time here.
Cheers

Sorry to bother you with this, but I love your blog and see you seem so knowledgeable about Copenhagen I thought you’d be best to ask.Myself and my girlfriend are going to Copenhagen next week Wed 02 – Sat 05 MayWe have a lunch reservation for Noma on Thurs 03, but I am having trouble picking places to go for food on the other nights.I have Wednesday Evening and Friday Evening to fill (Thursday I think we will go to Tivoli Gardens).
I am thinking we should go to Fiskebar one of the nights (maybe Wednesday). Can you a good place for us to go? There is just too much choice!!!
I guess we are looking for somewhere a little more casual than say Noma, and if it’s a Friday evening, somewhere we can hang out for a while and enjoy our last night.
We don’t want food that is too ‘fine dining’ as we do not want to eat too much rich food over a couple of days…
Or at least somewhere in an area where there are some cool bars or something we can go afterwards…If you have time to make some suggestions…I would appreciate it.Cheers,KP.S: I can return the favour if you come to Dublin some day 

Hey there,

I have a quick question for you. Kiin Kiin, Formel B for dinner sounds lovely, both are amongst my very favourites. Schønneman is good too but more traditional than Aamanns. Tuesday night I'd recommend Manfreds or Fiskebaren. I have not been to Marv & Ben yet but only hear good things.
Agree, the turbot and ravioli dish is Geist's best. :-)
