On next Monday September 21, I’m returning to the In de Wulf restaurant for the cooking event of three chefs focusing on the Flanders region. Alexandre Gauthier from France (La Grenouillère, 1*), Philip Claeys (De Jonkman, 1*) and Kobe Desramaults (In de Wulf, 1*) from Belgium are preparing a dinner with focus on product from their own regions: French-Flanders and Flanders.
Unique for this event is that you will be able to follow live from the kitchen on Cuisinerenligne.com who will broadcast it on the web as from 8 pm Paris time.
