Yesterday, the Gericke food award was presented and the winners are:
Starter: Mads Refslund, Restaurant MR, for the dish Mackerel with walnuts
Main course: Bo Bech, Restaurant Paustian v/Bo Bech for the dish Sweatbreads, Tail and Chest of veal with morrels
Dessert: Mielcke & Hurtigkarl for the dish Salad
