Visiting restaurant L’Air du Temps in Valonia my first time highly impressed me. This was back in 2011. Since then, Sang-Hoon Degeimbre and his wife Carine have in 2013 moved their restaurant out to a new location in Liernu in the flat countryside 40 km SE of Brussels.… »
