Exciting News: Rasmus Kofoed and Søren Ledet to open new restaurant

At the Omnivore Food Festival Rasmus Kofoed, former co-owner of Geranium, reveals that a new press release will be sent out in about a week’s time stating the exciting news about the new restaurant he and Søren Ledet are going to open later this year. Check-out the interview by Laurent, Gastros on Tour, recording by Stephane. Like Geranium this new restaurant will also be located in a garden, but different from King’s Garden… where I wonder. What’s your guess?

  1. Is it true that after opening a new rest Rasmus and Soren will not be acting owners of geranium anymore? Is the new rest opened yet?

  2. A shame, I was hoping for a quite more pitoresque setting, than what this will be offering. Though I can’t really fit Parken together with what Rasmus is saying about another garden, unless he means that the grass carpet in Parken is a garden, or for that matter Fælledparken.

    Though it’ll be good and exciting to see what the 2 gents will be offering in Geranium2, when it opens!

    Rather a contrast to Kongens Have, unfortunately.
