The interior of Geist is quite posh and the restaurant is a beautiful people place. There are two big dining rooms and the one with view to the square features the open kitchen with a counter table. Bo Bech is the head chef and creator of the place. His dishes often feature strange combinations like strawberries and shrimp for example, or vanilla ice-cream with black olives and licorice.
I recommend following dishes: avocado, caviare almonds oil and turbot, fennel ravioli and raw ox, lumpfish roes and radish with creamy oyster, pepper and salted horseradish, cream, toffee.
