My fiance and I ate a meal at Corton just a couple weeks ago, and it was amazing. Everything was spot-on, and although I thought that all of the “side dishes” were at times unnecessary, they were always appreciated. It was probably the best fine dining meal I’ve had.

I’m so glad you were able to photograph the beautiful dishes. I live in New York and have heard about Corton and now it’s on my (long) list of must-eat restaurants. Thanks!

During my last visit last year, I thought he had calmed down and matured in his cooking.
His earlier work was Gilt at New York Palace Hotel and previously Atlas. At Atlas I was having a crayfish soup with white chocolate? The I still have nightmares about, unfortunately!
Will do a revisit in september

Looks great! I’m going there in the end of July because a friend of mine is the new sous chef. He used to work at Sho Shaun Hergatt. But he really likes Corton so, I’m excited
