På WD-50 troppede jeg blot op da de åbnede og var heldig at få et bord (de har en bar man kan sidde ved som var min plan b). It is where I would have liked to take you if we had been in NYC when you were. I see from your post that he has an almost completely new tasting menu. We haven't been for a while as it had become repetitive. The salmon bagel and the passionfruit foie gras are holdovers. I agree with you about the passionfruit. The beef bearnaise looks like an improvement on the prior faux bacon and eggs. I am also glad you have discovered West Coast pinot noir. We usually order them in US restaurants for their good value.
