Herman opened in May 2008 so not even 2 years old yet. They got the one star 10 months after they first time opened up the doors. I think they get a rising second in the new guide. I just find Herman to be a deserving 2 Michelin Star table, but again that might be just pure intuition of just because I highly regard it.
