I finally made it to La Grenoulliere last week, and guess what… It was amazing. You could just feel the same way of thinking like Kode das at In de Wulf. Very original and tasteful preparations, eye for authentic ingredients and lost of taste and structure sensations.
Hope to go back soon, after the renovation works that will start about now.
Well worth the voyage to this nice part of France.

Chef Alexandre, you realy made my day !

Fantastic !
I’m a real “In de Wulf” fan and I love the way Kobe plays with different ingredients. His creations are always very well balanced and most of the times he brings different sensations together.
It is great to see the other two chefs think alike.
Outstanding reportage !
