They were nice and innovative dishes but one the price/value balance I'd prefer cofoco or just settle for three courses. I think, what I mean is if I'm spending 500 for the menu I would go somewhere else whith a fixed menu - like Saa Hvidt for example, where the cooking level is a little bit higer. I have only been to the two of them Auberge and Cofoco and I’ve only been once to Auberge so please mind this ;-) . I’ve written a little about Cofoco here.
At Auberge I had the big menu with about six courses. They were nice and innovative dishes but one the price/value balance I’d prefer cofoco or just settle for three courses. I think, what I mean is if I’m spending 500 for the menu I would go somewhere else whith a fixed menu – like Saa Hvidt for example, where the cooking level is a little bit higer.

Does that make sense?
