Trine, I am going to Noma on wedensday (I am so excited) …I am in Copenhagen on a work trip and have managed to get a table for lunch on the waiting list and I am still on the waiting list for the evening if there is a cancellation. I wanted to ask… did you have the 12 course menu? and if I am lucky enough to get an evening table would you reccomend this above the standard menu?

I think that you mean “Sheep milk Yogurt” and not “Cheep milk yougurt” in one of the dish descriptions.

Hi Trine
You’re right Trine. That was decadent.
I simply don’t have the strength or endurance to dine at Geranium AND Noma on the same day. Instead, I’ll take them on one night after another! I got lucky and grabbed last minute reservations at these two Danish Temples for next week. Can’t wait. I just hope the photographer can get it together in time.
